Hi! I'm Emily Pelella
I am a self taught Photographer based in CT. I received my first camera on my 11th birthday, I've been taking pictures ever since. My specialty is probably animal portraits, but I have too much fun just to pick one genre of photography. I have a background in theater photography, family portraits, and still life.
Class of 2022 at Western Connecticut State University with a BFA in Photography and a minor in Technical Theatre and Design. In the start of my college career I was studying technical theater and design, I've actually received an award from the Kennedy Center, American College theater Festival for my work in props. Once Covid hit I decided to change my major to photography. My background in props really do help my photography and enhances my photographs. Some of my props can be seen on the "Other" page.
I do both film and digital photography.
